Built Around
How You Use It.
A driveway needs to handle daily traffic. A patio needs to fit the way you spend time outside. A slab or foundation needs to support what comes next. Pro-Crete Solutions helps property owners plan concrete work around the purpose, conditions, and layout of the site.
Based in Guntersville, we consider residential and other concrete projects throughout Marshall County and surrounding Northeast Alabama communities. Explore the services below to find the right starting point for your project.
Access, usable space, elevations, and how the concrete connects to your property.
Existing conditions, preparation needs, and drainage considered before the pour.
A practical surface or decorative treatment selected for the way the area will be used.
Concrete With
a Clear Purpose.
New construction, outdoor improvements, and replacement work each bring different requirements. These service details can help you explain what you need—even if you do not have every measurement or decision ready.
Concrete
Driveways.
A driveway shapes how you enter, park, turn around, and move through your property. We can discuss new installations, extensions, parking areas, and replacement of existing concrete.
- New driveways and approach areas
- Driveway widening and extensions
- Additional parking and turnaround space
- Replacement of worn or damaged concrete
Approximate length and width, vehicle use, existing surface, and any areas where water collects.
Patios +
Walkways.
Create usable space outside and a comfortable connection between the areas you use most. Patio and walkway layouts can be planned around entrances, seating, landscaping, and the shape of your yard.
- New patios and patio extensions
- Walkways and connecting paths
- Entry areas and outdoor landings
- Standard or decorative finish options
How you plan to use the space, rough dimensions, nearby doors, and any steps or elevation changes.
Concrete
Slabs.
A slab starts with understanding what it will support. Tell us about the building, equipment, or intended use so preparation and concrete requirements can be discussed alongside any plans you already have.
- Garage and workshop slabs
- Shed and outbuilding pads
- Utility and equipment pads
- Slabs for planned structures
Building dimensions, intended loads, builder specifications, and whether the site is already prepared.
Foundations
+ Footings.
Foundation and footing work needs to fit the structure and its project requirements. Share your plans and construction schedule so we can review the concrete scope and how it connects with the rest of the build.
- Footings for planned construction
- Concrete foundation work
- Coordination with supplied building plans
- Related excavation and preparation needs
Plans, footing details, builder contact information, and any engineering or inspection requirements already identified.
Stamped
Concrete.
Give an outdoor concrete surface more visual character with a stamped finish. Pattern, color, layout, and surrounding materials all influence the finished appearance and should be discussed together.
- Decorative patios and outdoor areas
- Stamped walkways and entry spaces
- Pattern and color selection
- Finish and maintenance considerations
Inspiration photos, the area you want finished, and the colors or materials already used around your home.
Removal +
Replacement.
When existing concrete no longer serves the space, replacement creates an opportunity to revisit the layout and underlying conditions. Let us know what is failing and what you want the new surface to do better.
- Existing concrete removal
- Driveway, patio, and walkway replacement
- Review of visible settlement or drainage concerns
- Layout changes during replacement
Photos of the current concrete, approximate size, access for equipment, and any recurring problems.
The Finish Should
Fit the Space.
Appearance matters, but so do foot traffic, vehicle use, exposure to weather, and upkeep. We can discuss suitable finish options for your project rather than choosing from appearance alone.
Broom
Finish.
A familiar textured finish for many exterior driveways, patios, and walkways. It provides a practical appearance with surface texture suited to outdoor use.
Stamped
Finish.
Patterns and color can give patios and other outdoor areas a more distinctive look. Selection should include a conversation about texture, sealing, and ongoing care.
Slab
Finishes.
The right finish for a garage, workshop, or utility slab depends on its intended use, exposure, and any flooring or coating planned afterward.
A Good Plan
Starts Below
the Surface.
The finished concrete is only part of the project. Existing ground, access, elevations, and preparation can affect the scope just as much as the size of the pour.
Ground Conditions
Existing surfaces, fill, soft areas, and changes in elevation help determine what preparation may be needed.
Water + Drainage
Tell us where water currently travels or collects, especially near buildings, entrances, and the proposed concrete area.
Equipment Access
Gates, narrow driveways, slopes, overhead obstacles, and nearby structures can influence how the work is approached.
Intended Use
Daily vehicles, heavier equipment, a planned building, and outdoor foot traffic bring different project requirements.
Existing Connections
Doors, garage floors, neighboring concrete, utilities, and landscaping all help establish the layout and elevations.
From an Idea
to a Defined Project.
You do not need a finished plan to start the conversation. A location, a description of the work, and a few photos give us a useful place to begin.
Share the Basics.
Send your project location, the type of concrete work, approximate size, and the timing you have in mind.
Review the Site.
We follow up about the details and determine whether a site visit or additional information is needed.
Define the Scope.
Preparation, layout, finish, removal, and related work are considered as the project and estimate take shape.
Plan the Work.
Once the scope is agreed, scheduling and site preparation are coordinated around the project and availability.
A Few Things
to Know.
These answers can help you prepare your request. Recommendations for your property depend on the project and site conditions.
What information do you need for an estimate?
Start with the location, type of work, approximate dimensions, and a short description of what you want to accomplish. Photos, sketches, and building plans are helpful if you have them. You can still submit a request without exact measurements.
Can you help if I am unsure about the layout or finish?
Yes. Explain how you want to use the area and share any ideas or reference photos. We can discuss the layout and finish options in relation to access, surrounding features, and project requirements.
Can concrete and site preparation be part of the same project?
Include both in your request. Pro-Crete Solutions also handles excavation and site work, so projects involving concrete and groundwork can be reviewed together to determine the appropriate scope.
Does damaged concrete always need to be replaced?
That depends on the condition, movement, underlying issues, and what you need from the surface. Send clear photos and explain any changes you have noticed. We can discuss whether removal and replacement makes sense for the project.
When can I walk or drive on new concrete?
Timing depends on the concrete, weather, intended load, and project specifications. Follow the instructions provided for your installation before allowing foot traffic, vehicles, or equipment onto the surface.
Will concrete ever crack?
Concrete can develop cracks as it shrinks or responds to ground movement and other conditions. Preparation, joint layout, and project specifications help manage that behavior, but concrete should not be described as crack-proof.
What areas do you serve?
